For New Years Eve ", I was invited to a party not in a warehouse (sure of the legality), dressed in black tie code.

I wanted to use my PVC leggings and boots with my dress BCBG Max Azria (SS2008), and wondered if these things are appropriate clothes, or if I did not let you down
